The Marketplace has no fixed fees. You pay a 15% commission on bookings Campcation generates — nothing else. For larger booking volumes, many units or special setups, we're happy to review the level together, and the exact rate is confirmed in a quote and agreement.

For the Marketplace, it's bookings Campcation generates via campcation.com and our distribution network. For the Booking System, it's completed bookings handled in the system. We'll go through exactly how this applies to your property before signing.
Cancellations are handled according to your own cancellation terms in the system, with full or partial refund to the guest. How cancelled bookings are handled fee-wise is set out in the agreement, so you know exactly what applies before you sign.
Since there's no monthly license, no booking-based cost arises during periods without bookings. Cost follows your season.
No. You can use the Marketplace, the Booking System, or combine both. You get the best overall result when the same platform both runs your property and helps guests find and book you.
Yes. Migration from your current system is included, along with onboarding and training for your staff. We set up your property, prices, photos and existing bookings.
No. All transaction fees are included. It costs you nothing extra regardless of how the guest chooses to pay — card, Amex, PayPal or Swish. Payments are handled via Stripe and we cover all transaction costs. No hidden fees, and integrations like Stripe, TallyKey and Google Travel are included at no extra cost.
Yes. Many start with the Marketplace and later move to the full booking system. Since the products work together, you can upgrade whenever it suits you.
